Northern Leopard Frog, Lithobates (Rana) pipiens, a small but tasty treat. You can eat it like a green or bull frog but its legs are not as substantial. Plus amphibians carry salmonella a potentially deadly bacteria that can cause diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps.
