Mission

MissionMy mission is to boldly go where others may have already been and to seek out adventure and freedom wherever it lies. It is to encourage the oppressed to stand up and fight for what matters even with the threat of opposition. Plight to Freedom is about self-empowerment through self-sufficiency and do or die grit. I am traveling cross-country to learn all I can about the self-reliant lifestyle and, in turn, teach those who care about preparedness, to make it happen, even if they don’t know how to. This country and this world, is moving in a direction in which many of us fear will lead to our own demise. As we have seen in the past, people and communities are the best response to surviving disasters, and the system tends to get in the way and make an already bad situation worse.

I am currently travelling across the United States with my brother to seek out people with knowledge about alternative building and power; bushcraft; ethnobotany; survival and prepping; tactical hand and weapons training; homesteading; farming and gardening; mountaineering; and anything else needed to survive The End Of The World As We Know It (TEOTWAWKI) or, at least, survive the next time you decide to go shopping with the wife.
